Your Role: We are looking for a forward-thinking Pharmaceutical Technology Lead with strong scientific insight, strategic problem-solving skills, and the confidence to influence decisions across teams and with clients. The chosen candidate will be responsible for: Key stakeholder in leading & performing assessments of new product introductions from a formulation and process design Leads continuous improvement initiatives for products to optimize manufacturing efficiencies, cost control and optimization as part of Life Cycle management Lead critical process/product deviations to increase product robustness to ensure high quality product Being a key stakeholder and main reference point for the technical, formulation and process aspects and knowledge in internal and external audits. Acting as a central player in the Product Leadership Team, interfacing directly with clients representing the technical and formulation aspects Your Profile: A tertiary education with a postgraduate degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy degree or Pharmaceutical Technology are considered an asset). An extensive proven track record in the pharmaceutical sector, with previous experience in Tech Transfer aspects formulation and process engineering. Expertise and knowledge of the techniques applied in solid dosage form in manufacturing and packaging and statistical evaluations. Principles of Project Management tools and mastering effectively a cross-functional synergy. Ability in presenting information to key internal stakeholders and prospective clients on projects assigned. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
