About the role This role will be responsible for providing a high-level administrative support to two of our Senior Creative Leadership Team. A successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve difficulties to ensure a smoothly running, supportive environment for senior leaders in the team. This will be an active and challenging role that requires a forward thinking and proactive individual to provide professional, administrative and project support. The role is based in our Farringdon office and will require someone to be onsite 5 days a week. PA responsibilities: Diary management and coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calls. Manage all incoming meeting requests. Coordinate calendars, book meeting rooms, send invites, and ensure there are no conflicts in scheduling. Administrative support : Manage expenses claims, organize travel arrangements, itineraries, visa requirements etc. Book transport, hotels, cars, and plan travel schedules, including creating detailed itineraries and handling changes or cancellations. Assist with event planning and coordination Organize logistics for events and large meetings; send invitations, book rooms, venues, arrange catering (when applicable), and follow up with attendees. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations – sometimes at short notice : Compile, draft and format documents; recording and communicating minutes and actions from meetings where required. Team Support: Front of House, Stakeholder Management & Communication: Support and manage projects, events and visits – ensuring our visitors are well looked after at all times. Be the welcoming face of Dyson in the space. Support communications activity ensuring regular and positive communication with key stakeholders within the space and the wider Dyson community. Office Meetings: Support large or VIP office meetings—set up spaces, manage access, and handle food and drinks orders. Provide BAU and project activities with administrative support – supplier management and raising POs, event coordination, etc. Setting up suppliers and ensuring the prompt payment of including liaison with the accounts team. Undertake additional responsibilities to meet business requirements. About you Experience as a PA/Administrator in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote) and MS Teams.
