Linklaters, cabinet d’avocats d’affaires international, recherche pour son bureau de Paris (~200 avocats) un/une : Assistant(e) de Direction bilingue en CDI L’environnement Linklaters est un cabinet d’avocats d’affaires international spécialisé dans le conseil aux entreprises, publiques et privées, banques, institutions financières et aux organisations gouvernementales. Le cabinet compte plus de 3 000 avocats dans le monde, répartis dans 31 bureaux dont le siège est à Londres. A Paris, notre bureau compte près de 200 avocats dont 40 associés. Missions Au sein du département Restructuring & Insolvency, vos missions seront notamment les suivantes : Organisation de réunions et voyages complexes et changeants, Mise en forme, reformatage et frappe de documents Word, Préparation de courriers, Présentations PowerPoint et de tableaux sous Excel, Scans, photocopies, classement, archivage, Relecture de documents, Gestion d’agendas, plannings, Ouverture de dossiers, lettres d’engagement, facturation, En lien avec le département marketing, pitches et mise à jour des CVs, Préparation de dossiers de plaidoiries Organisation et suivi des entretiens de recrutement. Vous avez le sens du service, savez anticiper les besoins, gérer des priorités et travailler sous pression. Compétences requises : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit), 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans la fonction d’assistant(e), de préférence en cabinet d’avocats, Excellente maîtrise de Word, Excel et de PowerPoint, Proactivité et gestion des priorités, Rigueur, sens du détail, Autonomie, prise d’initiatives, flexibilité et sens de la confidentialité, Esprit d’équipe.
