French : Stage – Systèmes d’Information des Ressources Humaines (SIRH) – Global (6 mois) Localisation : Neuilly-sur-Seine, Paris Type de contrat : Stage à temps plein Rejoignez l’équipe Global People Solutions de CHANEL et vivez une expérience unique au cœur des enjeux RH digitaux internationaux ! Au sein de la Maison CHANEL, en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Core People Solutions (basé à Paris) et le Workday Time Zone Lead Europe, vous serez un acteur clé du support SIRH à l’échelle mondiale, tout en interagissant avec une équipe globale située principalement à Londres. Ce stage requiert une forte autonomie, une excellente capacité d’adaptation et une maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais (oral et écrit). Vos missions principales : Support opérationnel et relationnel : Accompagner quotidiennement les utilisateurs RH dans différentes régions du monde, établir des liens de confiance et être le point de contact privilégié pour leurs problématiques SIRH. Animation et formation : Dynamiser la communauté RH globale via la création de guides pratiques, l’organisation de formations, de démonstrations et le partage des bonnes pratiques Workday. Gestion de projets et amélioration continue : Participer activement aux projets de transformation RH (qualité des données, cycle de rémunération annuel, déploiement de solutions digitales…), contribuer à la coordination, au suivi des actions et à la rédaction des comptes-rendus. Tests et déploiements : Assister l’équipe lors des phases de test (nouvelles configurations, mises à jour, améliorations Workday), en apportant un regard critique et constructif. Collaboration transverse : Travailler en synergie avec les équipes IT, Data Analytics et People Development pour garantir l’excellence des solutions RH. Votre profil : Étudiant(e) en Master RH, école de commerce ou université, avec idéalement une première expérience professionnelle en SIRH, digital RH ou gestion de projets ; la connaissance de Workday est un atout. Bilingue anglais/français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, capable d’interagir efficacement dans un environnement international. Autonome, proactif(ve), doté(e) d’une forte capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités. Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (notamment Excel et PowerPoint). English : Internship – Global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (6 months) Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine, Paris Contract type: Full-time internship Join CHANEL’s Global People Solutions team and experience a unique journey at the heart of international digital HR challenges! As part of CHANEL, working closely with the Head of Core People Solutions (based in Paris) and the Workday Time Zone Lead Europe, you will play a key role in supporting our global HRIS operations, while collaborating with a global team mainly based in London. This internship requires a high level of autonomy, adaptability, and fluency in English (both written and spoken). Main responsibilities: Operational and relationship support: Provide daily assistance to HR users across various regions worldwide, build trust, and act as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues. Community management and training: Engage our global HR community by creating practical guides, organizing training sessions and demonstrations, and sharing Workday best practices. Project management and continuous improvement: Actively participate in HR transformation projects (data quality, annual compensation cycle, deployment of digital solutions, etc.), contributing to coordination, action tracking, and meeting minutes. Testing and deployment: Support the team during testing phases (new configurations, updates, Workday enhancements), offering constructive and critical insight. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with IT, Data Analytics, and People Development teams to ensure the excellence of our HR solutions. Your profile: Master’s student in HR, business school, or university, ideally with previous experience in HRIS, digital HR, or project management; knowledge of Workday is a plus. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, and able to interact effectively in an international environment. Autonomous, proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent command of office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
