We’re looking for a curious and motivated People Business Intelligence Intern to join our People Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern data stack - particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will work closely with the People Solutions team, our People Analytics team, plus IT and Data Governance and other key stakeholders to create, develop and maintain People Analytics data products portfolio. This role reports to a senior member of the People Analytics team. Leveraging your unique experiences, Chanel will enable you to… Participate in the maintenance and development of our analytics data products and dashboards with the aim on self-service, automation and standardisation Using Power BI and data modelling techniques to create and explore the potential of data visualisations to tell analytical stories Help coordinating the design and deployment of new KPIs and metrics defined by the People Analytics team Assist and possibly lead projects and initiatives that incorporate data, analysis, and identification of areas for action Work closely with Advanced Analytics team in solving more complex hypothesis identified through reporting & insights Data Governance Management Understanding and consistently adhering to the P&O (HR) Data principles Identifying and using the most appropriate methods and tools to collect, extract, aggregate, organize, format, and summarize data to support the purpose of different reports You are energized by… Convey an interest in People data and analytics Having an impact on the accuracy and reliability of HR Data Bring creativity and ideas to solve business demands Be able to work independently and with different teams Being exposed to diverse and talented teams from different functional horizons Keen interest in developing a career in the data and analytics domain What you can bring to the team… Some hands-on experience with Power BI (building visuals, RLS, DAX).
