People and Culture Intern Semester: Winter 2026 (4 months) Department: People and Culture / HR Consulting (HR Vibe) For over 70 years, Crowe BGK has been a continuously growing independent accounting firm with offices in Montreal and Ottawa. We provide a full suite of accounting, domestic and international tax, corporate finance, business, and human resources advisory solutions to individuals and corporate clients in diverse industries across Quebec, Ontario, and around the world.   This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both internal People and Culture operations and external HR Consulting mandates through our HR Consulting service line, HR Vibe. You will contribute to the full employee lifecycle internally while also supporting a variety of client-facing HR projects across multiple industries.   What's in it for you * Competitive salary * Career advancement opportunities * Mentorship, comprehensive training, and networking opportunities * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values your well-being * Reimbursement for parking or public transit What you'll do * Assist in sourcing, filtering, and screening resumes for both internal positions and client mandates. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal hiring managers and external clients. * Maintain and update records in the HRIS System. * Support university recruitment initiatives, including event planning and coordination. * Write and post bilingual job descriptions (English and French) for both internal roles and client opportunities. * Provide administrative and project support to both the internal People and Culture team and the HR Vibe consulting team. * Perform other related tasks as required. What you need to succeed * Currently enrolled in a university program in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field. * Previous HR experience, either internal or consulting, is an asset. * Fully bilingual in English and French (oral and written). * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
