Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Pensions Management Level Director Job Description & Summary About the role: This senior role sits within PwC’s national DC Pensions and Employee Benefits team, part of the fast-growing Pensions practice. You’ll advise large and complex employers across sectors on DC Pensions and Benefits, helping them navigate regulatory obligations. Also, helping them ensure that their benefits and the way their employees are provided for, is aligned to corporate strategy, is cost effective and best supports employee wellbeing, performance and retention. From regulatory change to technology-enabled solutions, you’ll lead strategic client engagements and shape the future of Employee Benefit services. What your days will look like: Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and lead team advisory projects. Collaborate across UK and global teams to deliver integrated solutions. Develop thought leadership and promote PwC’s brand through external networks. Identify new opportunities and lead client proposal activities. The skills & experience we're looking for: You bring deep expertise in DC Pensions and Employee Benefit, across large and complex employers. You understand the UK employer obligations relating to pensions and benefits provision. You’ve advised on related compliance requirements for employers and employees. You’re confident navigating complex situations, including own-trust, contract-based and master trust pension schemes, as well as flexible employee benefits provision. You hold a CII or PMI qualification or have equivalent experience. You may also be certified and/or assessed by an authorised firm that is regulated for FCA activities. You lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and motivate others to grow.
