Highlights: Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with monitoring workflow as it relates to the day to day operation of physician Billing and Coding. They will be responsible for staffing, human resource challenges, department workflow, compliance, and department policy and procedure adherence and communicates concerns and other items with PBO Manager. Communicates department metrics related to revenue cycle to PBO Manager. This employee will handle daily work assignments and special projects. Education / Experience: High school graduate or equivalent required. College degree or Technical Certification preferred. At least 2 years management experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience in healthcare with knowledge of Customer Service, Patient Accounting and Posting (ERA, CAS codes and EFT) required. CPAR preferred. Clinical Experience preferred.
