Responsibilities: Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and great customer service Schedule new and existing patients in the correct office with the proper physician. Patients information collected/update in patient medical records and the phone system Meet the goals for average handle time, hold times and quality scores on Inbound and Outbound calls Respects and always maintains privacy and dignity of patient’s information to assure client confidentiality Understands and follows the Code of Conduct and HIPPA guidelines Good attendance, punctuality and adherence to your schedule Skills and Specifications Excellent Customer Service Phone Skills High School Graduate Call Center or customer service experience preferred Experience in typing and data entry preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish required The foundation for InnovaCare was laid in 1998 when President and CEO Richard Shinto, M.D., founded North American Medical Management (NAMM) in California.
