Role overview We are looking for a new Administration Lead to join our Cheshire Oaks site. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week across 5 days, including some weekends on a rota basis). The Administration Lead plays a key role in ensuring that all admin processes are efficient, accurate, and patient-focused. Leading the admin team (currently a team of 4) day-to-day, you’ll make sure every interaction with our patients is clear, concise, and correct. You’ll maintain patient confidentiality at all times and have a full understanding of patient pathways and appointment processes to ensure a smooth journey. You’ll also oversee team rotas, managing sickness, absence & staffing levels, liaising with senior management, reviewing current systems and ways of working to identify any areas of improvement, coordinating patient travel, be the first port of call for any issues or queries, and maintaining databases. It’s a varied role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different. We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused and empathetic, able to put patients at ease during what can be a daunting experience. What skills and experience do I need? Previous administrative experience in a senior admin or leadership role.
