Partnership Solutions Manager Location: Wentworth (full time, permanent) About Us The European Tour group administers golf’s global Tour—the DP World Tour, the HotelPlanner Tour, the Legends Tour and the G4D Tour (golf for the disabled)—as well as golf’s greatest team contest, the Ryder Cup. The Opportunity We’re looking for a strategic and creative Partnership Solutions Manager to shape how the Ryder Cup and DP World Tour present their commercial story to the world. You’ll help the sport’s most powerful platforms connect with global brands by translating audience insight into compelling partnership propositions that deliver tangible business impact. What You’ll Do Sitting at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and creativity, you will: Lead the development of tailored partnership narratives for target sectors and priority brands; turning audience data, market intelligence and brand positioning into persuasive proposals that clearly articulate the “why” behind each partnership. Craft visually engaging, commercially persuasive pitch materials (decks, proposals and business cases) that connect objectives to assets, activation ideas and measurable outcomes. Run internal workshops with Sales, Insight & Research, Design and Presentation Development to shape bespoke campaigns and activation frameworks, so every pitch is strategically sound and creatively distinctive. Embed best practice across the sales team, building a modular content library and storytelling playbooks that drive consistency, speed and quality. Maintain brand alignment and uphold the tone, values and creative direction of the Ryder Cup and DP World Tour across all proposals. Contribute to proposition and rights development, helping design rights packages aligned to client objectives. Track market trends across sponsorship and brand marketing, and advise on new rights/assets that meet the evolving needs of global brands. What You’ll Bring We’re seeking someone with: 5+ years’ experience in marketing, strategy, sponsorship or commercial development; ideally across agency, brand or rightsholder environments, plus a proven record of building compelling proposals and strategic partnerships that delivered measurable results. Strong understanding of brand marketing, sponsorship strategy and audience insight, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive narratives. Outstanding communication skills and confidence collaborating with creative teams to bring stories to life visually; advanced PowerPoint proficiency is essential. A natural collaborator who blends data and creativity to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes.
