Job Summary
Assists in coordinating the Bar’s online and in-person access to justice initiatives. Coordinates outreach responsibilities with the various legal service providers and attorneys associated with the Bar’s programs. Assists with legal services events in which the Bar participates. This role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with a need for some evening and weekend work.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities listed below are essential to the employee’s position.
*Serves as a point of contact for the Public Service Center (PSC).
*Assists with legal services outreach and promotion.
*Writes and coordinates information on websites.
*Assists with community engagement and promoting the access to justice programs to the community.
*Actively involved in raising public awareness of the access to justice responsibilities.
*Represents the Bar at the annual convention, public meetings and other related programs for access to justice.
*Performs all other related duties, as assigned.
Education and/or Experience Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) plus two (2) years’ administrative experience. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

Computer Skills
Microsoft windows environment with Office Suite to include formatting and production of word processing documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Ability use tools for video conferencing, as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Required: Position may require travel. Thus, reliable transportation is required. If using personal vehicle, must ensure have driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage.

Regular attendance is required. Overtime may be required to fulfill duties of position. At times, individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
