Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable Student, Retiree, or Community Member interested in a part-time role. Hours will be consistent times each week but there is flexibility on which days and hours based on the right candidate. The position is approximately 20 to 25 hours per week.Key Responsibilities:Answering phone calls.Greeting constituents and serving as the first point of contact.Assisting with office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, managing emails, and assisting with communication.Organizing and screening communications to ensure effective information flow.Supporting the Casework and Outreach Officers as needed.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Superior organizational skills.Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask.Exceptional judgment and interpersonal skills.Education & Experience:Experience working in an office setting providing reception or administrative support is an asset.Additional InformationMembers of Parliament are individual employers who are responsible for recruiting, hiring and managing the employees who help them carry out their parliamentary duties.
