Key Responsibilities As a Compliance Intern under the supervision of the Five Arrows Compliance Officer, you will take part in a range of responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in compliance-related matters. Your main tasks will include: Conducting regulatory watch on laws and regulations relevant to Five Arrows, Assisting with regulatory assessments (regulatory research, gap analysis and drafting memos), Supporting the review, update and implementation of the Five Arrows compliance frameworks (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.), Contributing to the preparation of reports and assisting in the follow up of specific Group and Five Arrows compliance projects. Candidate Profile Preferably holding a Master’s degree in Law (or currently pursuing one), preferably with a focus on financial regulation, Certification in compliance, regulatory and/or AML CFT matters will be considered as an asset, Prior experience in compliance within a Management Company/AIFM is a plus, Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, Integrity and professional ethics, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, Fluency in both French and English is required.
