Paralegal | Real Estate Are you passionate about property law and ready to get hands-on with high-value deals? Join a team that’s leading the way in commercial real estate. We’re looking for a talented and driven Paralegal to join our market-leading Commercial Real Estate team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, supporting complex and high-value transactions across Scotland. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless support on a wide range of deals — from acquisitions and disposals to development, investment, and commercial leasing. You'll manage your own caseload under supervision and get involved at every stage of the transaction lifecycle, including client onboarding, due diligence, completion, and post-completion. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-focused, and confident working independently. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. A natural problem-solver, you’ll look for smarter ways to get things done and won’t hesitate to take initiative. Previous experience working within a Real Estate Paralegal role is essential. In return, you’ll join a respected team with a strong reputation and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.
