PURPOSE To guarantee the right operation of the packaging machinery in compliance with the working instructions and the safety guide lines.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES To run the packaging machine To run the roll pack bundler machine To change the polyethylene reels and their optional materials or feed the machine with skillets or cases To run the log saw if required To stop and restart the machineries when needed To check the compliance between the product and the related data sheet To draft the data sheet regarding the production control Small maintenance activities and adjustments To manage the machinery change over To support the colleagues in case of need and overview the end line process when required To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to .
