Primary Responsibilities Assist Strata Owners and their friends and family with reservations Coordinate the calculation and disbursement of Owner Rental Pool earnings Assist with daily balancing, accounts payable, receivable, and other general accounting tasks Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration Requirements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidential information High integrity and professionalism Proven customer service skills Ability to interpret contracts 2+ years bookkeeping or related experience Previous experience in resort, tourism, or a related industry Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal Benefits Medical, dental, and life insurance Associate rates for hotel stays Volunteer support opportunities Team enrichment events Financial support for relevant education opportunities Low-cost on-site housing, if required and available Inclusive and supportive work environment This job description is intended as an introduction to the role, rather than a complete list of all skills, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with the position.
