Position Overview We require a full-time, permanent Overnight Laundry Supervisor, who supports the Operations Lead by overseeing Attendants, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. This role focuses on team motivation, inventory management, and maintaining quality and safety during the night shift. Salary: $20.00 per hour Shifts: Full-Time, Permanent, overnight 8hour shifts, weekend availability Anticipated start: Early November 2025 Why Work for Us? Wash, dry, fold, and package linens according to Basecamp standards. Ensure timely completion of washing, drying, folding, and delivery tasks. Monitor inventory and report shortages or damaged items to the Operations Lead. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry room and equipment. Assist with driving linens to and from hotel properties as needed. Ensure proper use and dispensing of laundry chemicals. Address minor equipment issues and escalate major concerns. Provide training and guidance to new team members. Communicate with day shift supervisors regarding overnight activities. Requirements Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid Canadian Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract. Proficient in English; additional languages an asset. Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
