We're expanding our Ecommerce operations and looking for four hands-on, detail-driven Operations Assistants to join our warehouse team based on Edinburgh Road, Dumfries. Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00pm - 11:00pm, 35 hours per week Hourly Rate: £13.71 Are You: ✅ 18 or older? ✅ Practical and proactive? ✅ Focused on accuracy and teamwork? Your Role as an Ecommerce Operations Assistant: You'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly—from picking and packing orders to managing inventory and returns. What You’ll Be Doing: Rotate across warehouse teams to support daily operations Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care Assist with stock counts, product setups, and discrepancy investigations Operate equipment like forklifts and order pickers Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and cleanliness What You’ll Bring: A team-first attitude and flexibility to adapt Previous warehouse experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and basic IT skills (Excel & email) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work across sites Why Join Us?
