About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Oracle Cloud System Administrator and play a key role in managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You’ll ensure high availability, security, and compliance while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources.
• Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications (HCM, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Implement security best practices, manage user roles, and ensure SOX compliance.
• Monitor system performance using Oracle Cloud tools and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support ERP and cloud initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, enforce governance, and optimize cloud costs.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud or Fusion Cloud administration.

Strong knowledge of OCI services, ERP modules, and system monitoring tools.

Understanding of SOX compliance and ITGC for cloud ERP systems.

Familiarity with security best practices and audit requirements.

Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

ERP release management and patching processes.

Cost optimization strategies and governance frameworks.
