As an Ops Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic oversight, governance, and stakeholder engagement across clinical operations and development functions. Requirements Degree in Life Sciences or a related field. 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industries. Proven expertise in clinical operations or related functions such as project management or data management. Strong leadership experience in matrixed and multicultural environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools for project management. Solid understanding of business margins, pricing, and profitability considerations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, and operational risks effectively.
