Job Responsibilities • Provide leadership, management, and assurance for day-to-day operational services.• Lead and manage site-based operational staff, setting clear expectations, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.• Oversee and govern visitor access and permissions processes, ensuring compliance with project, client, and regulatory requirements.• Ensure accurate operational records are maintained.• Manage operational planning for service delivery and continuous improvement.• Act as the initial escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.• Manage contractor performance, ensuring service levels and delivery standards meet contractual and project requirements.• Develop, review, and improve operational processes, driving efficiencies, standardisation, and continuous improvement across site operations.• Produce and review operational performance reports, dashboards, and management information to inform decision-making and highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives, project leadership, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational partner.• Ensure a professional, customer-focused operational service is delivered across the site, setting standards for communication, responsiveness, and stakeholder engagement.• Identify and manage operational risks, implementing mitigations and contributing to site-wide safety, security, and compliance objectives. Qualifications • CITB H&S test pass certificate for Manager and Professionals• Previous experience in training or onboarding Experience • Use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word • Previous experience of having coordinated onboarding or training• Skilled at developing strong relationships within large organisations• Presenting and training delivering skills For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
