You’ll be responsible for: Driving strategic design management, achieving business plan outcomes and strengthening client relationships. Managing design management performance, delivering business plan outcomes, strategic KPIs and informed guidance to senior leadership. Managing and developing multidisciplinary design teams, embedding technical excellence, collaboration and compliance with management systems. Strengthening client and supply chain relationships, supporting work winning and presenting key performance insights. Driving resource optimisation, capability development and carbon‑reduction commitments across projects. You’ll need to have: Chartered membership or equivalent professional development. Proven healthcare project delivery and deep construction consultancy expertise. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and team oversight. Knowledge of safety, contracts, building standards and sustainable, low‑carbon project delivery.
