Compensation: Compensation: $3,000 USD/month (≈ $18.75 USD/hr, or ~$25 CAD/hr) Position Overview At Infinite Views, the Operations Coordinator – Social Media Team keeps our client campaigns running smoothly day-to-day. You’ll own scheduling, approvals tracking, reporting, community management, and shoot coordination across multiple platforms. You’re organized, detail-driven, and proactive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in process, communicates clearly, and takes pride in clean, dependable delivery. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Responsible For As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll ensure our clients’ content goes live on schedule, reports are accurate, and workflows stay unblocked. You will be supporting Strategists, Editors, and Designers. What You’ll Do Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Track content approvals and keep Strategists updated on status/blockers. Pull analytics and draft monthly performance reports with screenshots/metrics. Monitor comments/DMs and handle community engagement for assigned clients. Coordinate content shoots (book contractors, confirm shoot sheets, manage asset delivery). Organize assets in Dropbox/Google Drive; maintain naming conventions. Execute basic ad builds/boosts as directed by Strategists; monitor pacing/spend. Keep the Content Tracker/Monday board up to date and flag risks early. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years in marketing coordination, community management, or social media support (internships count). Strong organizational/project-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple accounts. Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, basic ads/boosting, Canva, Google Workspace, Figma, and a scheduler (e.g., Later, Buffer, native tools). Excellent written English; crisp client-safe communication. Detail-oriented, reliable, process-driven; follows SOPs and improves them.
