While this is a remote position, you will be proud to represent us and be an ambassador for the excellent service we provide to our clients, and you will also want to be part of an organisation that strives to be excellent in all manners of its care delivery.Job Purpose To ensure that our clients and care professionals receive the appropriate support and a high-quality service.The RoleWe’re looking for a Remote On-Call Supervisor to join our supportive team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless care delivery outside of office hours. Please send your CV and a short cover letter to [email protected] QualificationsEssential Criteria •     Previous experience in health & social care, ideally in a supervisory or senior care role. •     Understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care principles. •     Communication Skills •     Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure. •     Confidence in giving clear guidance to Care Professionals and reassurance to clients/families. •     Decision-Making & Problem-Solving •     Ability to assess situations quickly and make sound, safe decisions. •     Strong organisational skills to manage rota changes and urgent care needs. •     Technical Competence •     Comfortable working remotely, using phone, email, and care management systems. •     Ability to record and report on-call activity accurately and promptly. •     Flexibility & Reliability •     This is a salaried role, working patterns are on a shift basis, this will involve working evenings, weekends and bank holidays •     Dependable and proactive in ensuring continuity of care. •     Values & Attitude •     Commitment to Home Instead’s ethos of dignity, respect, and compassionate care. •     Positive, supportive approach to both staff and clientsAdditional InformationExpected start date:  from January 2026, as soon as possibleJob Types: Permanent shift pattern paid per shiftSalary: available on application
