Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Manual Handling Location: Suffolk Pay Rate: £35 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Manual Handling Team within Suffolk Adult Social Care for a short-term assignment focused on manual handling assessments and care package reviews. What will your responsibilities be? Delivering safe and timely front-line OT services across the directorate Supporting triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to manage OT waiting lists Advising and supporting external care providers on safe moving and handling practices Reviewing care packages to ensure best value and optimal use of equipment Assessing and reducing double-handed care packages where appropriate Providing mutual aid to other OT areas as needed Completing OT assessments and reviews in line with best practice Benefits: Know someone perfect for this role? Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Experience to Band 6 level or equivalent Manual handling expertise essential Local authority experience preferred (NHS also considered) Must be local to Lowestoft or able to commute daily Why Liquid Personnel?
