As a member of the healthcare team, using a client-centered approach, the Occupational Therapist enables the client to maximize his/her occupational performance (self-care, productivity, leisure) in order to facilitate vocational and community reintegration and functional adaptation. 1. Member of College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario 2. Graduation from a WFOT approved occupational therapy education program 3. Experience with multidisciplinary teams 4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the field of chronic pain management 5. Above average clinical and non-clinical analytical skills 6. Capacity to liaise with community agencies, referral sources, family physicians 7. Teaching skills and experience would be assets in this role 8. Marketing skills and experience would be assets in this role
