About the Role You’ll be encouraged and supported to realise your full potential, actively participating and collaborating with senior fee earners and partners, with exposure to clients as much as possible. The ideal candidate will be a talented newly qualified solicitor/solicitor 1-2 years PQE who has prior experience of handling a caseload of fast track files, working on behalf of the major insurance firms. We’re seeking a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 2 years PQE who has experience managing fast-track personal injury files, ideally within a defendant litigation setting. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a caseload of employers’ and public liability claims from start to finish, under supervision Making early and informed liability assessments Evaluating quantum and drafting pleadings, witness statements, and client reports Preparing instructions for counsel and experts, and attending conferences and trials Ensuring timely completion of management information (MI) Proactively assessing cases and driving settlements Staying current with legal developments and industry trends What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) Experience in employers’ and public liability claims Background in defendant personal injury litigation preferred Strong analytical and drafting skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Professional, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Ready to Take the Next Step?
