We’re looking for a dedicated Security Officer to take pride in protecting the estate and supporting a high-quality living experience through excellent service and a proactive approach. ROLE DETAILS: * Location: London, E1 * Annual Salary: £27,800 * Hours/Working Pattern: 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Carrying out regular patrols of the estate, including car parks, walkways, gardens, and internal corridors * Monitoring and reporting any health and safety or security concerns * Managing access control and visitor sign-ins, including contractors and service personnel * Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records in the security log * Supporting the concierge team with day-to-day operations * Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly and securely stored * Upholding company policies and procedures at all times WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Experience: * Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment * Confident handling of sensitive or confidential information * Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures Skills & Behaviours: * A calm, professional, and respectful approach * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A team player who’s proactive and detail-oriented * Committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment * Culturally aware and sensitive to the needs of others Essential: * A valid and in-date SIA License (must be maintained throughout employment) PERKS OF JOINING US: * 24 Days Annual leave (Inclusive of Bank holidays) * Cycle to Work Scheme * MediCash * SmartHealth – Online health services for you and your immediate family. * Eye Care Vouchers to support your well-being. * Perkbox Rewards to enjoy exclusive offers. * Company Social Events * Pension Plan
