Join Our Team as a Concierge in London! This landmark development will comprise approximately 1,500 residential units, complemented by commercial spaces and a range of high-quality amenities. Delivered in phases over a 10-year period, the first 300 homes are set for completion within the first year. Role Details: Location: London, E3 Annual Salary: £30,000 Hours/Working Pattern: 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off What You'll Be Doing: Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests. Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed. Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety. Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up. Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable. Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing. Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience. What You'll Bring: Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
