The Global Fund Services business is one of the fastest growing areas in Northern Trust, offering a comprehensive suite of fund products and services to Asset Managers worldwide. Key Responsibilities Lead a team delivering end-to-end NAV Oversight and fund accounting services for Northern Trust clients. Manage consultants to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. Resolve complex client reporting/accounting issues and act as Fund Accounting SME in client meetings. Provide leadership, foster teamwork, and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Partner across regions to align on requirements and expectations. Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory standards, and internal controls. Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and operational performance. Represent Fund Accounting Management on enterprise projects and initiatives. Skills & Experience Extensive fund accounting experience within asset management, custodian banks, or third-party administrators. Strong leadership and team management skills, including virtual teams. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, control processes, and multi-product structures (e.g., OEICs, ACS, IT, AIFs, TTFs). Proven ability to deliver BAU and drive operational improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. Client-focused mindset with problem-solving and influencing skills. Experience participating in enterprise-wide projects and client meetings as SME.
