We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Local candidates only please. OVERVIEW As a core member of INNOCEAN’S Experiential Department, the National Manager leads a cross departmental team to ensure the delivery of experiential and sponsorship marketing projects with high quality service, so that all client needs are met on time, on scope and on budget. The National Manager will assist the Director and manage multiple experiential projects at various high profile events for the Genesis Motor America client. This position will focus on development and execution of experiential strategies and activations for properties such as, PGA TOUR golf sponsorships, ride and drive programs, concerts, festivals and other projects as assigned. Principal responsibilities include leading the experiential team in pre-event concept planning and presentation, budgeting, post event communication, reporting and working cross-functionally with other internal agency departments supporting the programs. Working closely with the Experiential Director and team, this person will act as a key client point of contact and oversee the day-to-day management of assigned programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • The National Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the agency’s teams, focusing on excellent service delivery to our client • Act as an advisor to assigned client(s) by developing short and long term communication strategies through experiential marketing and sponsorship activation • Take an ownership role building the client’s business, generating new strategies and anticipating integrated marketing needs • Ensure that all projects are executed to plan through managing the internal team, agency resources and workflow process • Fully understand the client’s business and maintain current industry knowledge • Development of a positive, partner relationship with all client contacts • Ensure that cross-department project teams produce all client work with the highest level of quality, ensuring that creative is on strategy and executions are flawless • Provide council to team and client • Responsible for developing, tracking and reconciling project budgets • Provides input into staffing plans and budgets • Take an active role in building a positive agency culture • Take an active role in providing mentorship and contributing to a positive work environment QUALIFICATIONS • A passion for experiential marketing and sponsorship activation • Minimum of 6-8 years experience in a project management and client service role in an agency with a focus on experiential marketing and sponsorship activation • Previous experience working on an automotive account and/or professional sports sponsorships would be an asset • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking with the ability to build programs from concept through to execution • Ability to advise and mentor on the event execution processes • Solid understanding and ability to apply integrated marketing strategies • Track record of building strong long term client relationships • Pension to drive for results and highest quality standards • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to keep composure in high pressure situations • Commitment to continuous improvement and lifelong learning • Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail • Proficient in MS office BENEFITS • 3 PPO Medical Plans through Anthem to choose from at low cost • Free Dental and Vision • 401k - up to 6% match at .50 cents on the dollar • Wellness reimbursement program • Company paid short- and long-term disability, and basic life • Generous PTO • On-site Barista • Beautiful campus across from the Pacific Ocean The salary range is $111,000 - $115,000.
