Teleperformance is a global leader in customer experience and operations services and has been certified as a Great Place to Work for 5 consecutive years. We are currently looking for a German-speaking Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewer to join our Dublin City Centre team.
In this role, you will support the quality review of global operational workflows, including content moderation, identity verification, and escalation processes. You will ensure that quality standards are consistently applied across sensitive and high-impact content areas.
Previous Content Moderation experience is mandatory for this role.
Conduct quality reviews for Content Moderation workflows, including but not limited to:
Organizing or credibly threatening violence
Promotion of self-harm
Theft, vandalism, fraud, and restricted goods
Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations
Hate speech and bullying
Phishing, spam, and malware
Child exploitation
Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation
Review ID verification and authenticity/access flows
Handle and support escalation processes
Evaluate HERO (viral/meme content) and DOI (Dangerous Organizations) related content
Apply strong cultural, political, and social context awareness relevant to the supported market when making policy decisions
Previous Content Moderation experience (required)
Fluent German and strong English skills
Ability to work onsite in Dublin City Centre
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
High attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
Location: Onsite – Dublin City Centre (no remote option available)
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Fully flexible schedule: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00
Training: 4 weeks onsite in Dublin
Contract: Permanent
