Mobility Specialist Nordic Ops Support About Role: Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most. Responsible for supporting and enabling critical Mobility processes by executing key operational tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of Mobility operations by managing reporting, insights, and operational controls while collaborating closely with the DL MU Lead. Key Responsibilities: Operational Case Support Execute assigned operational tasks in the Case Management domain, including: Cross Border Agreement administration Batch process management for Travel Start/End Dates and Closures Traveler registration and de-registration Power of Attorney processing Stealth travel coordination support Support billing activities, in coordination with Delivery Leads. Reporting & Data Accuracy Assist in preparing operational and compliance reports for the MU. Ensure data accuracy in mobility-related documentation and systems. Conduct periodic reviews to identify inconsistencies or gaps in reporting. Compliance & Controls Support adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements by performing checks and validations. Help implement and monitor operational controls under the guidance of the Associate Manager. Participate in internal audits and maintain audit-readiness of operational files and records. Issue Resolution & Escalation Support Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues in mobility processes. Escalate complex cases or policy exceptions to senior team members for resolution. Document case issues and lessons learned for process improvement purposes. Process Improvement & Automation Support Identify recurring issues and suggest opportunities for automation or process enhancements. Participate in testing of new tools, templates, or system updates affecting operational workflows. Maintain and update process documentation as directed. Must have: Strong attention to detail and process orientation. Good analytical and data handling skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with reporting or workflow tools is beneficial.
