What You’ll Do As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning techniques to shape the future of our platforms and beyond. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers and product teams to drive the development of sophisticated algorithms that power features like personalisation, recommendations, search, and real-time decision-making. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve the platform’s user experience, enhance predictive capabilities, and drive smarter interactions Build scalable data pipelines and leverage large datasets to create actionable insights that inform product development Develop and optimise machine learning infrastructure, ensuring our systems are scalable, efficient, and ready for production-level data and model deployment Work closely with product teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform, ensuring seamless performance and real-time data processing Innovate and experiment with advanced algorithms, including reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and deep learning, to solve complex problems at scale Monitor, optimise, and iterate on deployed models, ensuring they perform effectively in a live environment and adapt to evolving user needs Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to tackle unique challenges, ensuring our platform can handle large-scale, decentralised data processing Stay at the forefront of machine learning research and development, continuously bringing new insights and techniques to the table Who You Are An experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and statistical modelling. Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks, with hands-on experience in deploying models in production Skilled in building and maintaining machine learning infrastructure, including model deployment pipelines, model monitoring, and scaling systems for large datasets Familiar with working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in high-growth startups or scaling tech companies Comfortable working across the entire ML lifecycle, from research and development to deployment and maintenance Passionate about leveraging machine learning to create real-world impact, with a keen interest in blockchain, crypto, and SocialFi technologies A problem solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges, willing to dive into new technologies and contribute to the future of decentralised applications. Highly collaborative, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
