Mentoring Program Activities : • Implement mentoring program activities according to planned activities • Provide publication and information distribution for students related to mentoring program • Conduct selection and enrichment activities for mentor • Propose mentor enrichment training to Student Development Center • Keep track of mentoring and mentor enrichment program • Arrange mentor and mentee grouping activities • Prepare and implement various activities related to mentoring program (e.g., mentor report, logbook etc.) • Analyze and review mentoring program implementation according to evaluation questionnaire result from mentor to mentee • Provide counseling/coaching for mentors and mentee regarding mentoring program activities • Conduct mentor and mentee performance assessment • Arrange appreciation and gathering activities for mentor and mentee • Maintain active involvement of mentoring program improvement Management Support Activities: • Provide Report to direct Supervisor • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to Quality Management System • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years of working experience Special Skill : • Coaching and Mentoring Skills If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
