As a Member Support Team Leader you will report into the Member Support Operations Manager, leading a team of Member Support Advisors, ensuring they have the skillset & breadth of knowledge to deliver a world class service to our members. You will resolve high level escalated member queries by monitoring team performance and overseeing the delivery of daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s. Please be aware shifts may vary - morning, evening & weekend working will be required. Our Team Members are at the heart of what we do. About you: 1+ years’ experience with sales or membership in any sector Experience with outbound calling in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service experience with live channels/office based worked Highly developed leadership qualities with prior experience leading a team to meet targets and KPI’s Organisational skills & commercial acumen Ability to use an empathic & reasonable approach to member queries Join us and help us create a thriving and inclusive culture.
