JAB Boxing Club is looking for a driven, people-focused Membership Sales Executive to help grow our community at our brand-new flagship club in EC1. Our first site, JAB SW1, set a new standard with world-class coaching, cutting-edge facilities, recovery spaces, and an unbeatable atmosphere. Now we’re opening our second club, and we’re looking for energetic team members to help us build an incredible community from day one. As a Membership Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in welcoming new members and helping them start their fitness journey with us. You’ll support pre-opening sales, meet prospective members, give tours, explain our membership options, and help ensure every new joiner has a brilliant first experience with JAB. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of sales or customer service experience who is excited by targets, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Speak with prospective members, respond to enquiries, and follow up on leads • Give engaging club tours and confidently explain our membership options • Support pre-opening sales campaigns to build excitement for the new club • Help achieve monthly membership targets through effective sales conversations • Build relationships with local residents, businesses, and potential members • Keep track of leads, enquiries, and conversions using our CRM system • Ensure every new member receives a warm welcome and a smooth onboarding experience • Work closely with the club team on events, promotions, and member initiatives • Represent the JAB brand with energy, professionalism, and positivity What We’re Looking For • A few years of experience in sales, customer service, or membership-based businesses • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and delivering great service • Motivated by hitting goals and contributing to team success • Organised, proactive, and able to manage follow-ups and enquiries • Comfortable working in a fast-paced fitness environment • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about health, fitness, and community • Experience in gyms or hospitality is a bonus but not essential • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges What We Offer • Competitive base salary and generous commision structure • Working in a stunning new facility with premium fitness and recovery spaces • A friendly, supportive team with opportunities to learn and progress as the brand expands • Access to training, development, and future internal career pathways Ready to Join the Fight?
