What You’ll Do: Be a Go-To Resource: Travel between branches to provide frontline coverage where needed, ensuring our members always receive top-tier service. Support Members: Assist members with everyday financial transactions, from deposits and withdrawals to loan applications and online banking tools. Build Relationships: Engage with members to understand their needs, offer personalized solutions, and share the benefits of our products and services – including financial education tools. Problem-Solve with Purpose: Help members troubleshoot issues and support teammates by offering guidance and technical know-how on all our services. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with products, policies, and services so you can serve with accuracy and confidence every day.
