Join us as our new Mechanical Reliability Specialist II In this role, you will support SAP-PM coordination, maintenance strategies, and reliability initiatives. You’ll also provide technical assistance across the production facility, lead local projects, and collaborate with vendors to improve equipment performance. In this role you'll make an impact by: Suggesting, planning, and developing changes to the Blair preventative maintenance program and corresponding equipment. Actively supporting the maintenance training and development programs. Leading problem-solving efforts on critical equipment issues. Owning maintenance compliance programs to assure compliance with state and federal safety regulations. Leading continuous improvement efforts via active participation in performance boards and using structured problem-solving tools. Supporting the maintenance execution team by leading working groups on large scale and long-term initiatives. To succeed you must hold: High School Diploma or equivalent / AS degree preferred 5+ years of maintenance and equipment experience Advanced mechanical aptitude Working knowledge of sitewide P&ID drawings Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, etc.) Physical ability to move about the processing areas including but not limited to: climbing stairs & ladders, using PPE, and working at heights Location: Blair, Nebraska Application Deadline: January 1, 2026 Expected Salary Range: $75k - $87k Benefits you will enjoy: 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution!
