Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, 6 h 30 à 15 h 00 Nous sommes à la recherche d’un mécanicien de machines fixes pour se joindre à notre équipe et assurer le fonctionnement sécuritaire, efficace et fiable de nos systèmes de réfrigération en entrepôt. Ce rôle exige un professionnel pratique possédant une solide expertise technique, incluant une expérience directe avec les systèmes de réfrigération à l’ammoniac, ainsi qu’un engagement constant envers la santé et la sécurité au travail. Principales tâches et responsabilités: Promouvoir et diriger une culture où la santé et la sécurité sont la priorité numéro un, en appuyant les initiatives du département. Effectuer les vérifications quotidiennes de l’équipement de réfrigération et procéder aux ajustements ou réparations nécessaires. Effectuer des rondes régulières de l’entrepôt afin de confirmer le respect des normes de sécurité et soutenir les opérations. Suivre les programmes d’entretien préventif afin de réduire les interruptions. Surveiller et ajuster les équipements afin d’optimiser les coûts énergétiques. Répondre aux appels d’alarme du système de réfrigération en dehors des heures normales de travail. Faire respecter les normes de l’entreprise en matière de sécurité, contrôle de la contamination et entretien ménager afin de réduire les risques de blessures, de temps d’arrêt et de dommages aux produits. Travailler dans le respect des politiques de l’entreprise, du Code de conduite et de toute la législation applicable. Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée. Exigences du poste: Minimum 1 an d’expérience dans un rôle similaire. Expérience avec les systèmes de réfrigération à l’ammoniac obligatoire. Détenir un certificat valide d’opérateur en réfrigération de classe B (MMF classe B) ou plus; classe A préférée. Fort engagement envers la santé et la sécurité au travail. Orienté vers le client, avec le souci d’offrir un service exceptionnel. Flexible, adaptable et ouvert à l’amélioration continue. Connaissance approfondie des règlements provinciaux : ingénierie d’exploitation, réfrigération, codes du bâtiment/incendie, environnement, normes du travail et santé-sécurité. Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. La maîtrise de l’espagnol est considérée comme un atout important. Solides compétences en analyse et résolution de problèmes. Attitude positive, professionnelle et axée sur le travail d’équipe. Capacité à travailler dans des environnements aussi froids que -20 °C. Why Lineage?
