Polypipe Building Services houses well-known industry brand Terrain and has been delivering systems to commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, education and leisure projects for over 50 years. Overview: To ensure a high level of customer service to both Internal and External customers by working as part of the overall Warehouse team. Working together with inbound and outbound supply, ensuring products are in the right location at the right times, picking customer order lines in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to the high standards all of our customers expect. Responsibilities: Responsible for supplying production with recycled materials. Unload inbound and load outbound Delivery shipments. Booking in materials on IFS. Sampling incoming materials for Materials Technologist. Organising required basic testing for incoming materials. Communicate with the Shift-Leader on any operational issues. Maintain a high level of housekeeping within all operational areas. Help and support a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the operation. Operate appropriate MHE to enable all activities to be completed safely. Banksman trained for managing goods vehicle movements. Assist with Mixing and Extrusion duties if required. Skills & Requirements: Ability to be a team player (Hungry, Humble and Smart) Computer literate – working knowledge of IFS, Microsoft Access, Word and Excel Operate appropriate MHE to enable all activities to be completed safely.
