In this role, you’ll manage campaigns, create engaging content and measuring performance to drive awareness, leads, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do
As the Marketing Specialist, you’ll support day-to-day marketing activities and contribute to the success of our multi-channel marketing efforts:
- Execute and track digital and traditional marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid search, direct mail and more.
- Develop creative content including graphics, videos and promotional materials that bring the Ziehler brand to life.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Engine Optimization (AEO), and other digital innovations to enhance content creation, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and provide insights to improve results.
- Manage vendor relationships for advertising, promotions and media partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Leader on planning, budgeting and strategy to align with company goals.
- Support public relations, community engagement and local partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
