Paid Social Media Trainnee Role Job Description:
This trainee position is a great opportunity to start
your career in digital marketing. You’ll support the global social
media team in running paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and
TikTok. From campaign setup to reporting, you’ll learn how a large
international brand manages social media advertising. You'll be part
of a fast-paced team and gain valuable experience working with different
departments across the business.
Duration: 6 months
What You’ll Do:
- Support
the setup and execution of paid social campaigns, including ad creation,
audience targeting, and basic optimization
- Assist
in monitoring campaign performance across global and market-level accounts
- Help
prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports for internal teams
- Learn
how to analyze key metrics and identify trends or insights from campaign
results
- Track
social media and platform trends to help inform content or campaign
improvements
- Take
part in creative brainstorming sessions and help adapt assets for
different markets
- Work
closely with content, marketing, and other teams to align messaging and
visuals
- Support
both paid and organic social media reporting to help identify broader
performance trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Recently
graduated or currently studying Marketing, Digital Media, Data Analytics,
or a related field
- Strong
interest in paid social media, digital advertising, or performance
marketing
- Basic
familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign
Manager, or TikTok Ads is a plus
- Comfortable
working with data and motivated to learn how to turn results into insights
- Strong
attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Fluent
in English, written and spoken
- Organized,
proactive, and open to feedback
