Work Schedule Standard Office Hours (40/wk) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Job Summary: The Market Development Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing projects from conception to completion. This role requires a good communicator with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing projects that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including Global Market Development, e-Business and Regional Marketing, to guarantee that all project requirements are clearly understood and met. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to secure necessary resources and services. Execution: Be responsible for the execution of marketing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Address any issues or roadblocks promptly to keep projects on track. Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Use project management tools to track achievements and deliverables. Project Management: Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources to ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule. Detailed Planning: Build detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, achievements, and deliverables for each project. Ensure all team members are aligned with the project goals and timelines. Communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members, providing updates and seeking input as needed. Facilitate meetings and discussions to keep everyone informed and engaged. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Proactively handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Content Management: Consistency: Ensure all marketing content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging. Review and approve content to maintain quality and alignment with brand standards. Content Management Systems (CMS): Use platforms built for prioritizing, storing, and managing digital content. Ensure the CMS is used effectively to streamline content creation, approval, and distribution processes. Approvals: Oversee the content approval process, ensuring all content meets quality standards and is approved by relevant stakeholders before publication. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Prior marketing project management experience including proficiency in project management platforms and content management systems Self-starter and effective collaborator with a successful track record in a global matrixed environment.
