About the role This is a hands-on, creative, and analytical role for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across digital channels — creating engaging, data-driven content that inspires women and drives measurable growth. You’ll work across multiple touchpoints — social, podcast, email, and content — helping to build a consistent and powerful presence for MotivatePT. While we recognise that marketing is a broad discipline, you must already demonstrate excellence in at least one or two of the areas below. You shouldn’t be at a basic level across everything — for example, you might be an expert at growing an Instagram profile and writing blogs but keen to roll up your sleeves and learn quickly across the others. Key responsibilities Lead content creation and deployment across at least two social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). Manage and curate our podcast Superwoman Isn’t Real, including content planning, scheduling, and promotion. Create and edit both short-form and long-form videos for social and digital use. Manage and grow our online audience through consistent posting, storytelling, and engagement. Deliver weekly blogs aligned with SEO best practices and our brand tone of voice. Manage email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, including newsletters, segmentation, and performance tracking. Analyse and report on content performance to drive growth, engagement, and retention. About you 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in a startup or scale-up). Proven success growing a brand’s social media following and engagement — must be able to show measurable results in your portfolio. Strong creative eye with video editing experience (short and long form). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to match our brand tone for women 35+. Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools. Understanding of SEO and blog strategy. A self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, thrives on creativity, and wants to grow with the business. Passion for the wellness, fitness, and women’s health space — ideally with examples of related work or personal interest. How to apply You must share your CV and portfolio if you apply to this role. Your portfolio must include: Clear examples of your work (posts, campaigns, emails, blogs, or videos). The exact role you played in the creation (solo, part of a team, or managing accounts). Measurable results where possible (growth rates, engagement stats, reach, etc.). Include your notice period and desired start date in your email. Supportive, dynamic team environment. Free coffee, tea and events in the office Group personal training weekly on us Hybrid exposure to both digital marketing and brand storytelling.
