YOUR MISSION: Supporting the Marketing & Communication Manager in the implementation of marketing and communication strategy for the brand in the UK according to the Global vision and guidelines. Assisting in Retail, CRM, VM, PR activities as well as POS and Other events. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Setup, maintain and enhance point-of-sale visibility throughout the network (displays material, images, watches stands, etc) Forge relationships with Brand ambassadors in trade to ensure Panerai always has best in class visibility Ordering, tracking and maintenance of PLV materials with HQ, local logistics and on SAP PLV assortment, stock and allocation to netowrk point of sale, monitoring budget and tracking spend with retail partners Supporting production of bespoke displays and corners in stores following HQ guidelines Maintaining and keeping photo library with frequent store visit coordinating with sales team at regular intervals Responsible for monitoring and improving Panerai online presence within dealers’ websites Monitoring dealers Instagram accounts and providing regular imagery/asset packs from HQ to enrich dealer social media, website & digital content Support execution & tracking of Wholesale brand awareness: NLs, website visibility (banners, editorial) & monthly kits Coordinate the advertising artwork according to media plan and HQ guidelines To assist in coordinating with the PR agency for any photo-shoot requirements (selection of watches, security, logistics, & administration) DMR extractions and PR reports Assisting in planning, implementation and follow-up for Institutional and POS events & pop-ups, including Pos, invoice tracking and budgeting. Coordinating all event logistics, handling of product and PLV Working closely with sales team on MB POS client activations Manage CRM database on SAP including creation of target groups, campaigns and supporting retail team in extraction of information and providing monthly reporting Creation & distribution of Clienteling tools (e-cards, lookbooks etc) for Retail and Wholesale Managing Capex invoice follow-up in coordination with HQ SDP and Finance team Detailed tracking and coordination of payment for capex invoices and quarterly reporting to finance teams.
