As Marketing Coordinator you’ll bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to our marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in executing campaigns, building HubSpot landing pages, coordinating assets, and supporting events and sales enablement initiatives. You’ll focus on helping the marketing team move fast and deliver high-quality work — whether that’s launching a new campaign, reporting on performance (with RevOps support), or rolling out AI-powered GTM tools. You’ll also work closely with teammates across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure campaigns run smoothly, assets are delivered on time, and the sales team has the resources they need to succeed. What You’ll Do Campaign Execution & Support Assist in building and launching multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, social, webinars). QA campaign assets for functionality, formatting, and accuracy. Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate stakeholder updates (across marketing, sales, product, etc.). Track and report campaign progress and assist with retrospectives (supported by RevOps). Analytics & Reporting Support data analysis for growth experiments (e.g., homepage test performance). Conduct UTM tracking, attribution QA, and campaign tagging hygiene. Help identify insights that improve marketing effectiveness. Marketing Infrastructure & Tooling Maintain and manage the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Wordpress, Google Analytics, etc.). Coordinate CRM hygiene, lead lifecycle rules, and integrations with sales tools (e.g., Slack, Gong, etc.). Set up and manage lead capture, routing, scoring, and alerting workflows. Liaise with vendors or contractors for tooling issues or optimization projects.. Marketing Programs & Enablement Build and document playbooks for recurring marketing activities. Maintain centralized asset hub for decks, one-pagers, case studies, and customer stories. Coordinate internal and external design requests, ensuring assets are delivered on time. Support sales enablement by keeping collateral up-to-date, organized, and accessible. Assist with event promotion, registration workflows, and follow-up activities Partner with Sales to ensure event-generated leads and resources are handed off smoothly. What We Require Hard Skills Proficient with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Wordpress, etc. Understanding of project management and internal documentation tools (Jira, Confluence) Familiarity with email marketing, lead gen workflows, and reporting dashboards. Familiarity with AI tools and use across revenue teams Soft Skills Extremely organized; thrives in detail-oriented execution. Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and cross-functional. Comfortable working in a high-velocity, startup environment Technologically-savvy, and willing to take the reins on new tools as department needs evolve Bonus If You Have Experience troubleshooting lead flows or campaign tagging. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms or processes. Interest in AI-powered marketing experimentation.
