As a Marketing & Content Intern, you will work at the heart of our customer journey. You will combine creative content work with analysis and process improvement, directly impacting the experience of millions of travellers. You will take on real responsibility from day one and have the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table.
We are looking for two interns to join our team from late August or early September 2026. Your internship assignment will be tailored to your programme and areas of interest. Three possible directions are:
Option 1: Website experience & optimisation support
You will support improvements to our website by reviewing how users navigate our platforms and identifying areas that could be clearer or easier to use. This includes helping with content updates, testing website changes, reviewing customer journeys and assisting with basic research and reporting to improve the overall user experience.
Option 2: Content updates & optimisation
You will support the day-to-day maintenance of our website and customer-facing content. This includes updating text, prices and product information across our website, emails and help centre, ensuring all content is accurate, clear and aligned with our brand tone of voice.
Option 3: Social media & community support
You will support the day-to-day management of our social media channels and online community. This includes helping schedule and publish content, responding to comments and messages, monitoring online reviews and tracking customer feedback across platforms. You will also assist with maintaining a consistent brand presence and supporting reputation management activities across different markets.
