We’re currently looking for a creative and talented Marketing Specialist to support the Wolters Kluwer Legal Software France Marketing Team in Bois-Colombes. In this role, you will engage in diverse marketing activities, gaining exposure to various facets of our marketing operations, and contributing to projects that drive the growth of our software business. You will have the opportunity to work with international colleagues to launch awareness and lead generation campaigns for legal professionals working in law firms and legal departments. This role is an exceptional opportunity to build foundational skills in marketing while supporting essential functions. Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including the production of landing pages, emails, webinars, etc.. Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) tasks such as keyword research. Support social media activities, including the creation and scheduling of paid & organic content for social media platforms together with an external agency Assist in organizing events & webinars, including technical and logistical arrangements Support the coordination of marketing collateral and materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of timely marketing materials that are aligned with brand guidelines Assist with basic data entry and maintenance of data in our CRM Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations. Assist in collecting data and feedback for post-campaign analysis. Assist in maintaining documentation & schedules related to campaigns & projects Attend team meetings and take notes to assist with project follow-ups. Job Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. A perfect command of English and French is required. Any other language (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German) is a plus. Some experience in digital marketing campaigns and channels (web, SEO, email, social) and a good understanding of marketing principles, practices and technologies (Eloqua, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Sprout) Basic Data Handling: Ability to manage and input data accurately. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and documentation efficiently. Team Collaboration: Capability to work well within a team setting. Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and report on basic digital marketing metrics. Research Aptitude: Basic skills in conducting preliminary research and gathering information Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using basic functions of programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
